Vineyard Report

The red blend always comprises of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinotage and Sangiovese.   The wine is made from trellised vines from the cooler climate of the Helderberg mountains. This climate causes a slower ripening of the grapes, which improves the fruitiness of the end product.  Merlot being at the lower valley whilst Cabernet is on the upper part.  A medium bodied red blend with lots of red fruits, hints of mint , soft tannins and lingering finish. This wine compliments a wide variety of foods and mostly Mediterranean styled meals  Ageing Potential: 3 -5 years
